Barcelona Digital City

Launched under the auspices of Digital Transition Plan, the robotic process automation (RPA) project aims to analyse the implementation of a pilot robotisation of processes at Barcelona City Council, to reduce response times to citizen requests while strengthening digital relations. 

The purpose is to automate manual and repetitive administrative procedure tasks to increase productivity and ultimately improve the quality of services to promote the digitalisation of procedures.
