The Directorate of Feminism and LGBTI Services partners with the Barcelona Activa Business Advice Office to offer its expertise to the city’s associations and businesses.
The Advisory Service for Equality and Time Organisation provides guidelines to organisations that want to implement the gender perspective or improve their time management, whether in their internal operations or the activities they carry out.
Organisations that request it receive up to 5 hours of support from municipal experts, as well as a series of free resources, such as the Equitest, a self-assessment questionnaire specifically designed for small companies, or the associated training, which is regularly reviewed to ensure that it addresses the enquiries received.
