Stamp issued to commemorate the Balkan Pact, an agreement signed in 1934 by Greece, Turkey, Romania and Yugoslavia, and from the period of the Republic of Turkey, proclaimed following the fall of the Ottoman Turkish Empire and the signing of the Treaty of Lausanne (1923).
