Annual inventory and documentation campaigns have as objectives:
- Identify each stamp with a correlative inventory number following a continental geographic order (Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Oceania) and an alphabetical order for the countries, in accordance with Ramon Marull’s collection.
- Document in computer each stamp with specific descriptive and historical data. Highlight among them the section concerned with the main inscriptions in the stamps, and, if necessary, names, surcharge and postmark, which makes easier to provide a context for the stamp, and to know its history in many cases.
- Take photos of each stamp and deal digitally with them in an appropriate manner.
- Publish on the Internet the information in order to do it accessible to the interested readers.
