Barcelona is a diverse city where around a thousand religious and spiritual communities belonging to some thirty different religious traditions coexist. Some of these traditions follow their own liturgical calendar, which does not always coincide with the secular calendar. Their festivals and activities make up the day-to-day spiritual life of the city.
The following calendar shows the most important religious festivals of the main faiths and provides information on activities organised by religious and spiritual organisations that may be of interest to the general public. It also shows the activities and training sessions offered and organised by OAR and the activities of the city's Interreligious Dialogue Groups.
