Public Procurement Board
Public Procurement Board
It is a stable social-reflection and dialogue space for municipal representatives and representatives of organisations and social and economic entities linked to municipal public-procurement activity.
Stable in its composition, it is also open and flexible, depending on the issues to be dealt with. Meets through ordinary sessions held once a year and, in addition, whenever it deems fit for dealing with specific issues. The Public Procurement Board can also approve an internal operational system.
The board can be expanded through the incorporation of social and economic organisations where deemed necessary, under a Mayoral Decree.
