Women’s network to combat the digital gender divide in the city.
A project in collaboration with Endesa, the Area for Social Rights, Global Justice, Feminism and LGBTI Affairs at Barcelona City Council, and the organisations Factoria F5 and the Formació i Treball Foundation for promoting digital talent, to reverse the digital gender gap among women in vulnerable situations (long-term unemployment, papers not in order, victims of gender violence etc.).
It was with this aim in mind that an inclusive and free bootcamp was created, to enable 50 women in vulnerable situations to take a six-month (850-hour) digital training course and access the labour market as Full Stack Web Development professionals.
