‘Barcelona with you’, a campaign to attract talent to the city

The international communication campaign gets under way with the Mobile World Congress 2021 and is aimed at people around the globe who visit, invest or do business in the city.
Using the slogan ‘Barcelona with you’, the goal is to strengthen the Barcelona brand and attract talent and investment to the city. The campaign got under way for this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC), which the city is hosting again after a year’s absence due to the pandemic.
The initiative is being promoted in local and international media, through channels as influential as the Financial Times and The Economist, as well as social media, to be able to reach different professional target audiences. For those visiting Barcelona for the MWC, outdoor digital publicity has been set up at strategic points around the city such as the airport, Sants station, the metro in Plaça de Espanya, the Europa Fira station etc.

The renewed meet.barcelona portal is available in four languages and aimed at international visitors. The site has been updated to boost the city’s international projection, with the introduction of reasons for visiting, working or doing business in the city, as well as full information on services to facilitate people’s experience of the city.
