Cities join forces to create cultural content for tourism

Culture. The Spanish Tourism Content Board must create a stable and ongoing plan for the joint production of cultural content.

The City Council is joining forces with eight other cities to create the Spanish Tourism Content Board. The goal is to produce a stable and ongoing plan to jointly produce content of interest to tourism and to boost the creative industries.

The association will be headed by the nine cities which have teamed up (Barcelona, Santiago de Compostela, Palma, Seville, Madrid, Sant Sebastian, Bilbao, Malaga and Valencia), with collaboration from the Secretary of State for Tourism and the Ministries for Culture and Sport and Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
