This book club offers a journey along the 20th-century North American narrative. From Cormac McCarthy's neo-Western (Blood Meridian) to Siri Hustvedt's genre narrative (The Summer without Men), there will be readings of and comments through the course on several paradigmatic works of authors that have become benchmarks in modern literature.
