At Barcelona City Council we’ve developed a strategy for people working here. It will help us become a more human, decisive and innovative organisation, which anticipates the new challenges for the city.
Our strategy promotes an organisational model which centres on people and values, giving us even more strength to tackle the challenges that society needs us to address as a public administration.
To achieve this, we’ve identified key projects which have been divided into five spheres of action:

Through the development of this strategy, Barcelona City Council will become a more human organisation and we, the people who work here, will build on our capacity to act as authentic platforms for change.
