The Observatory against Homophobia (OCH) is once again operating a real-time assistance service during the La Mercè festivities through WhatsApp. Its aim is to provide assistance regarding any queries, incidents and needs that may arise.

The service will operate from 10 am to 2 pm on Thursday, 24 September on the number +34 699 901 631. Lawyers and specialist psychologists are behind the service. Last year, the service also operated during the early hours of the morning, as some events were held late at night, but this has not been possible this year due to the coronavirus restrictions.

In addition to the WhatsApp service, a face-to-face feminism-LGBTI assistance point will be available at the LGBTI Centre (Carrer del Comte Borrell, 22). This will operate by prior appointment only.
