Safety and prevention. The 112 phone number replaces the 092 number for the City Police and the 080 number for the Fire Service, with all emergency calls now centralised.

Mobility and transport. The City Police steps up its operation to control the circulation of electric scooters, hoverboards and wheels.
The Safety and Prevention Area depends on the Fifth Deputy Mayor’s Office. It is responsible for public safety and prevention policies and in charge of the Guàrdia Urbana (city police) and the Fire Service Barcelona wants to set an example of safe, peaceful, community coexistence.
