How to adhere

Joining the NUST Network - Network of Companies for a New Way of Working Time - implies being part of a learning community and is also the expression of a willingness to promote changes in the organisation itself in order to advance in this direction.

The member companies of the Network commit themselves to advance in the implementation of some measures to achieve a better balance between the requirements and needs of the organisation and the commitments and preferences of the people who are part of it.

What we ask for

To participate in the activities promoted or organised by the Network.
Receive information from the Network and collaborate in its dissemination.
To share information and knowledge about the measures and practices that the company is implementing in this area.
To contribute knowledge and experience by taking on a more active role in promoting this new working time culture.
