Time Use Week 2024 is here to advance the right to time for everyone
This year’s edition, the tenth, will be held between October 21 and 25, in a hybrid format, in Barcelona and throughout Catalonia, under the title “Advancing the right to time for all”.
Time dossiers
A pioneer in its field for almost 20 years, this popularisation collection aims to raise awareness and stimulate debate on the paradigms of the social organisation of time at the local level and its connection with the well-being and quality of life of citizens.
The 75 actions in progress demonstrate the commitment of the municipal government to move towards the right to time.
The 2023 report on public time policies promoted by Barcelona City Council lists the 75 time initiatives carried out to achieve key benefits, such as sustainability, gender equality and democratic participation.
