Complaints for excessive environmental noise
You can use this procedure to report excessive noise in several areas of citizen life, such as public works, commercial premises, bars, work centres and industrial premises. Anyone intending to report a noise nuisance caused by neighbours will have to consult the following procedure entitled Reporting nuisance in daily community life among local residents: noise or overcrowded housing.
Reporting activities occurring in commercial premises outside their opening hours
Reporting activities occurring in commercial premises and/or shows outside permitted business hours
Reporting nuisance to daily community life between local residents caused by noise or overcrowded housing
You can use this procedure to report nuisance to daily community life between city residents.
If you want to report excessive noise in dwellings you will need to call the GUB when this occurs. The GUB will inspect the place that has been reported.
As for nuisance caused by overcrowding in dwellings, you will need to report this in person at any Citizen Help and Information Office.
