Appointment for all procedures under the GUB's responsibility

All procedures under the GUB's responsibility can be carried out in person at the Information and Procedures Office from 9 am to 2 pm. To do so, you need to make an appointment.

Recovering goods confiscated from street hawkers or items removed by the GUB

Recovering items confiscated by the GUP and handed over to police pounds owing to unauthorised street hawking.

The owner of the items seized must appear in person at the GUB Information and Procedures Office, produce the requisite documents and pay the corresponding charges.

Permits for filming and photographing in the street

A permit must be requested for taking photographs or making films in public spaces where a tripod or an installation with special features has to be used while the audio-visual work is carried out.

Before you can request such permits, you will have to pay the rates for GUB-managed procedures.

The procedure will provide you with information on the use of drones.

For filming or photographing the city’s closed spaces or parks, you will need to consult the Permits for filming and photographing in several of the city’s parks and closed spaces procedure.

Permits for air or compressed-gas weapons

To be able to bear and use air or compressed-gas weapons outside your dwelling, you will need to obtain a weapon permit card, which must always accompany the weapon. This card is personal to the specific owner and weapon.

Before you can request such weapon-permit cards, you will have to pay the rates for GUB-managed procedures.

Lost items or documents kept in the Lost and Found Office

This procedure enables users to find items which can be traced from an identifier consisting of numbers and/or letters:

* Items with serial numbers (cameras, laptops, mobile phones etc.).
* Documents with personal identification numbers (DNI, passports, NIE etc.).

Users can check if these items have been found and what they need to do to get them back.

To check items or documents with no serial or ID number, users should call 010.

The Lost and Found Office only attends to people with appointments.

Handing in items found in the city of Barcelona

Items found in the city of Barcelona can be handed in at:

* Barcelona Lost and Found Office, C/ Ciutat, 2 (appointment only).
* Any premises operated by the City Police. It is also possible to hand found items over to City Police patrols on duty in public places.
