InnerTIC Experience: collective innovation for the digital future
Barcelona hosted the InnerTIC Experience, a pioneering event in Europe that brought together more than 140 professionals from the ICT sector.
Organised by GrausTIC in collaboration with the Barcelona City Council, the event aimed to transform the way this community connects, collaborates and builds the future. It took place at the MediaTIC building on 2 July.
The event offered an immersive, participatory experience that combined technology, collaborative dynamics, games, and tools for human development. All with a clear purpose: to foster a more human-centred, inclusive, joyful and transformative Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) ecosystem.
An environment designed to create genuine connections and drive lasting change in teams and organisations. More than 15 professionals facilitated the event, delivering workshops on conscious leadership, values, well-being, emotional intelligence, and resources to strengthen effective, affective, assertive and collaborative communication, as well as tools to improve interpersonal relationships, among other topics.
The City Council was present at the event, sharing its vision of how innovation and digital transformation must go hand in hand with values such as leadership for the common good and collective intelligence.
