In order to carry out its functions and responsibilities more effectively, the City Council has established, on the one hand, an internal organisation structured into government areas and districts, and on the other, a range of municipal entities with their own legal personality, such as the Institute.

Access to information on the administrative activities of the City Council  and its municipal entities, containing financial or public expenditure data: budgets, European funds, public procurement, grants, transfers and management mandates, agreements, assets, studies and reports, institutional advertising, and public works contracts. Information prepared by the Administration and that which it holds as a result of its activities or the exercise of its functions, including information provided by other entities obliged to comply with the Transparency Act.

The City Council has established a procedure for requesting and obtaining information. Before submitting a request, you should check whether the desired information is already published on the Transparency Portal or other municipal websites.
