Space for Organisations
Barcelona LGBTI Centre aspires to become a reference for the city’s leading LGBTI associations and organisations. Some of these organisations have installed their headquarters at the Centre, while others occasionally organise activities there or make sporadic use of its facilities to provide some of their services.
Association of LGBTI Families
Established in 2001, the Association of LGBTI Families (FLG) promotes the normalisation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex families in all spheres of society. Its goal is to help achieve full equality in the rights and duties of families and their children. The Association also provides assistance, information, training, empowerment, and mutual support among all members, enabling children to enjoy spaces of freedom and tools to help them see their family’s reality as a value in terms of dignity. The FLG also provides training in family diversity aimed at schools.
