Barcelona Award to the Innovative Company in Work-Life Balance and Time

Created in 2012, this award aims to recognize, promote and disseminate the work of companies committed to improving time management in order to achieve work-life balance. Companies and organizations that work to implement time management measures to help workers organize themselves better and, at the same time, improve the internal organization of the company. 

The aim of the award is to contribute to the knowledge and make visible the work carried out for companies and organizations that present innovative policies in the management of workers through new measures for the organization of working time, so as to raise awareness in society about these practices.

The jury, made up of experts and relevant representatives from the economic, business, trade, trade union and academic world, awards the companies according to the following categories: 

  • Micro: companies with less than 10 employees. 
  • Small: companies with 10 to 50 employees.
  • Medium: companies from 50 to 250.
  • Large: companies with more than 250 employees. .

In addition, there is a special mention to a NUST Network company.
