ORGANISATION AND USE OF TIME

Family co-responsibility must be encouraged and a balance between work and personal life must be sought. Iterem is a "feeling" company, protective of its people and in continuous improvement of time management to reconcile personal and professional life. Thus, it presents a variety of programmes related to this objective.
We are convinced that work-life balance is essential in today's world. We wanted to go beyond work-life balance (to go one step further than the current "women with dependents", because we believe that it affects both men and women regardless of their needs).

 

GOOD PRACTICES

There is a working week of 32.5 hours. There is flexibility in the time of arrival and departure as well as in the lunch break, and there is no time limit for lunch. Water, coffee and fruit are available in the office. Holidays are chosen according to the needs of the employees, with a day off on 24 and 31 December and on the employee's birthday.

Likewise, there is flexibility to use teleworking on an ad hoc basis, technologies that favour remote collaborative work are used, as well as programmes that improve the organisation of working time (infinity, float, toggl).

Training is carried out during working hours, regardless of availability outside working hours, and they have a digital disconnection protocol. 

The company helps and encourages the use of metropolitan transport by employees.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
The measures have been implemented since the foundation of the company and have been agreed with the employees who have joined the company, in order to apply corrections if necessary.
