The City Agreement aims to define the roadmap for the next 10 years in terms of quality employment, with a view to social transformation, sustainability, innovation, and tackling the social inequalities that affect everyone's access to the labour market.

The Agreement aims to promote social dialogue between social and economic agents in pursuit of common objectives to promote inclusive and quality employment in the region.

3. Appropriate working hours and flexible working conditions.
4. Continuous training and skills development.
5. Professional promotion and recognition.
6. Work organisation and work-life balance.
7. Health, ethics, and safety at work.
8. Labour representation and protection of labour rights.
9. Focus on integrating young people into the labour market.
10. Diversity and non-discrimination.
