Development of a time-focused search to be presented at the next IATUR 2022 congress
The search was based on the international study in which we participated: "Coronavirus: Helping organizations and employees cultivate an agile work culture" of the London Business School and the Harvard Business School. The results of two questionnaires that were distributed to the staff of the Barcelona City Council were elaborated and analyzed.
Two papers have been successfully presented at the IATUR congress in 2021 in relation to the two lines marked "An investigation of gender differences in time-use during COVID-19 among a sample of public sector employees" and "The impact of time: How to develop time balanced local policies".
