Flexible working hours:
The worker has full flexibility in their working hours, based on a relationship of trust with the management. The working day ends between 16:00 and 17:00. Lunch is taken in 30 minutes at approximately 12:30 pm. Customer service is provided through online channels.
Meetings are 1 hour maximum, with clear objectives and agenda. It works with instant messaging groups differentiated according to the work teams. Work is done by projects, with established milestones and results, with evaluation and feedback.
The organisation offers a free advisory service to members, through a consultancy specialised in youth services. In this way, partner organisations can turn to the organisation and streamline internal procedures.
Volunteering for the improvement of the conditions of youth policy professionals:
The entity functions thanks to the work of volunteers. Free counselling is carried out, promoting decent working conditions, adequate levels of professional recognition, sufficient remuneration, a specialised training system and a stable and solid regulation of youth policy professionals.
