Gender-sensitive and socially responsible
It participates in training courses on work-life balance and equality plans. On the other hand, the cooperative is a benchmark in the sector in terms of CSR and incorporates multiple measures in this area: suppliers are socially responsible, CSR is promoted with events, the green office is worked on, fair remuneration is paid to collaborators, volunteer projects are carried out, a couple of times a year, and the cooperative belongs to platforms such as Respon.cat, Pamapam and RScat.
