Regarding the administrative employee (the only worker) 
On Fridays she has moved to teleworking.

The period June/September is an intensive schedule.

Digital disconnection outside working hours. 


Regarding seniors:
Active aging, providing experience while maintaining mental and social health. 

We are also using a working platform to facilitate time saving for the administrative staff and the seniors themselves and we are organising the working and filing habits in order to have "paperless" office and regional delegations to minimise the need to create paper documents and to avoid the corresponding archiving.

The Association also makes available to both administrative staff and all seniors, internal training aimed at awareness and knowledge that affect different aspects of time and considerations to transmit, in this sense to improve the time habits of the entrepreneurs we advise.
