Updating of the Barcelona Libraries Master Plan. Ninth measure of the Cultural Rights Plan of the City Council of Barcelona.

In the new 2021-2030 Master Plan, one of the lines of work is to facilitate access to libraries. Within this strategic line, the objective of adapting service schedules for a better family reconciliation for both users and those who work has been incorporated. In this sense, the objective is to implement work shifts that allow greater equity for all personnel. 

In relation to the activities, work has already been done to advance the schedule of afternoon activities in order to facilitate access to the greatest possible diversity of users.
