Mercats oberts per les tardes
Since its creation in 1993, one of the objectives of the Municipal Institute of Markets of Barcelona has been to extend opening hours to the public in order to encourage citizens to buy fresh, healthy, and sustainable food.
Over the years, we have consolidated the opening of all municipal food markets on Friday afternoons. At the same time, a total of 10 markets are open in the afternoon from Tuesday to Friday: Boqueria, Sant Antoni, Concepció, Muñeco, Hostafrancs, Sants, Abaceria, Libertad, Sagrada Familia, and Hoyo.
