NUST Network: enterprises for New Social Uses of Time

The NUST Network - Network of companies for a new working time - is a local network of companies and entities of different sizes and sectors aimed at promoting a work culture and a working time management that brings a better balance between the time needs of people and the requirements and needs of competitiveness and productivity of the organisation, promoting changes to advance in this direction.

The network is made up of organisations that contribute to making a better city to live and work in: healthier, more equitable, more sustainable and innovative in production models.

The NUST Network becomes a space where:

  • Share information and knowledge about the measures, agreements and tools that help to make this possible.
  • Contribute to disseminate, from its own experience, the benefits of these changes.
  • Collaborate with other local and global networks in favour of the right to time.

Every year, different workshops and working days are held with the member organisations and with the organisations of the driving group.

During the year 2022, the driving group has produced an in-depth analysis of working time policies in the post-pandemic scenario and the future orientations of the Network itself: Milestones, challenges and proposals for the future years driving innovation in time policies in organisations.

The network currently has around 140 member organisations, with the impetus of a Driving Group made up of around twenty organisations.
