Uses of Time

During the Covid-19 lockdown, progress was made in terms of online communication, and plenary sessions of up to 100 people were held remotely. The use of Decidim has been expanded in terms of numbers (8,000 more people), age (use of the platform has been normalised among elderly people) and scope (it has been used in schools, for participatory processes, for meetings with class representatives, etc.).

In 2022, in-person and hybrid sessions were gradually normalised in the city’s sectoral bodies. As the format of sessions becomes more stable, it is hoped that the efficiency of meetings will improve.
