Reconciliation, efficiency and healthy working hours

Reconciliation, efficiency and healthy working hours
Conciliatory timetables for administrative staff, from 9am to 3pm, with a weekly afternoon of 3 hours and 30 minutes of flexible working hours. There is a pool of hours that is being regularised. For care staff, shifts are changed within the team to facilitate work-life balance.
The EFQM seal is used as a reference. Indicators are available for all services, with scorecards and an annual self-assessment is carried out as part of a process of continuous improvement.
Meals are allowed in 30 minutes, in a healthy time slot.
Likewise, training actions on time management and organisation are carried out for the teams. Training actions are organised for those responsible for better organisation, planning and time management (this last paragraph should be added).

Paid time off for treatment and flexible working hours
Employees benefit from a series of measures to facilitate the reconciliation of family and work life, such as paid leave for medical care and medical visits and/or training, as well as flexible working hours. These measures have led to an increase in the motivation, performance and loyalty of the organisation's staff.

Promoting a new culture of time
Awareness-raising and training actions have been organised on the general principles and values of the Timetable Reform, Co-responsibility and Reconciliation.
In this sense, awareness-raising actions are carried out on the benefits of a new culture of time and experiences are promoted for the exchange of knowledge between people, such as time banks. Internal training meetings are held to share knowledge acquired in courses or seminars with the team.
