Reconciliation, healthy habits and gender equality
Employees have 3 afternoons off per week and there are hours of free time available in excess of those provided for in the regulations.
Lunch is allowed in 30 minutes and the schedules of activities (talks, trainings, etc.) have been brought forward by 1 hour and in some cases by 1 hour 30 minutes.
Training in healthy habits, healthy food and physical activity has been carried out.
There is a Gender Commission through which different gender-related measures have been taken: training, inclusive language, publications, changing the name of the school, etc.
