Each person's timetable is self-regulating, depending on their workload. Annual planning is carried out to allocate hours for each project, in addition to the reproductive tasks of each person in charge. There is a pool of hours that is regularised on an annual basis. There is a free combination of teleworking and face-to-face work. Efficiency is part of the organisational culture. A follow-up meeting is held every 6 months to review the hours dedicated and where a qualitative assessment is also carried out.
Part of the team has been trained in feminism; parity is taken into account when recruiting new staff.
The cooperative's internal regulations do not allow the use of private motorised transport to get to work.
They hold several meetings throughout the year: annual team meeting, annual family meeting and monthly meeting for a team activity.
