Telework and other paid leave

All CJB technicians are eligible to telework on Mondays and Fridays of each week. If they wish to do so, they must enter the option 'Telework' in the team calendar, at the latest, on the Friday prior to the week in which they wish to enjoy teleworking.

Exceptionally, teleworking on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays may be agreed with the team management.

In order to respect the right of workers to have paid time off to go to the doctor and other leave as set out in the CJB's Labour Relations Charter, an Influence Schedule is established in which the hours spent at the doctor's and on other matters can be recorded as hours worked (and, therefore, do not have to be made up).
