Time Rediscovered: gaining time and health for women through co-responsibility

Elaboration of the report of the project "Women and the timetable reform. Time rediscovered". This is a qualitative study involving vulnerable women who live in adverse conditions and have to cut back on their most basic needs, as well as professional women who move between very diverse and contradictory times and spaces.
As a result of this project initiated in 2021, which has brought together groups of women from all backgrounds and based on their needs, barriers, opportunities and aspirations, a guide entitled "Winning time and health for women" has also been produced and published.
Seminars on "Co-responsibility for finding time again" are also being held with women's groups with the aim of offering a training service and at the same time setting up an innovative model of training intervention oriented towards the uses of time in daily life. On the other hand, a guide will be developed for women of reference or trust at community level, which will contain guidelines for action and support in order for women to find their own time and gain autonomy through co-responsibility.
