Transforming the time factor

The partners meet to carry out internal organisation and management tasks for at least 3 hours a week to supervise, work and generate cures, proposals for improvement, coordination and team supervision.

During 2022, we have implemented more than 100 hours of ad hoc training for the working staff and the improvement of work competences.

At the same time, people who work on Saturdays are compensated with a Monday holiday. A cut-off time for telephone calls in the evening (8 p.m.) and no instant messaging is allowed on weekends and public holidays.

The Trello application is used to organise projects (resources, deadlines, etc.), better manage time and be more productive; it is also used as an internal communication tool for the team.

Espacio Conoce's projects are social and community based, therefore 70% of the working time is dedicated to designing, planning, participating in community networks, initiatives or collaborative projects.

The projects and services that we manage/coordinate from Espacio Conoce have a psychosocial impact on the people and groups we work with through accompaniment. Espacio Conoce's workers can communicate the different needs of family care and their own needs to access free time, days of availability, more days for the care of sick people, dependents, etc. We also promote a sustainable work activity with public transport and waste separation at our locations.
