Women Up

The Women Up project focuses on women living in precarious situations, accompanying them in the process of personal empowerment, strengthening their capacities, autonomy and authority to drive change, and thus transform the precarious situation in which they live. It mobilises and puts into action the structural and personal resources of women, accompanying them in the development of their personal action plans.

This programme aims to empower women in precarious situations through reflection and individual and group work, and to promote the improvement of women's personal, social, and economic-labour situations through actions for change.

Time impacts:

  • Facilitation of work-life balance.
  • Reduction of unpaid workload and support for caregiving.
