Associació Formació i Desenvolupament
The Training and Development Association is a non-profit organization established in May 2012 whose purpose is the promotion and development of the well-being of people, support and accompaniment to childhood, especially those children who are in situations of risk and social vulnerability, and training in the areas of social action, education, and mental health.
The main actions carried out by the Association are framed, on the one hand, in the Childhood and Family Area through the Family Intervention and Support Service, the Educational Support Service, and the Proinfancia Program - of the La Caixa Social Work - a program that develops a set of psychoeducational actions for children, their families in situations of social vulnerability and poverty. On the other hand, the Training and Counseling Area carries out a set of training activities in the areas of childhood, adolescence, and family, as well as in the field of psychopathologies and mental health. Likewise, advisory, accompaniment, and support actions are carried out for professional development and competence processes, as well as for development and strategic planning processes in organizations.
