The Jubert Figueras Foundation is a non-profit organisation, of a welfare nature, which was created in 2003 to promote the welfare of displaced families who are caring for a sick person. The organisation seeks to improve the quality of life of the families of sick people with few economic resources, who are obliged to move far from their usual home because of a serious illness, a hospital admission or a treatment that requires the patient to live near the hospital.
