Món Comunicació
Món Communication was created in 2009, as a result of the initiative of a multidisciplinary group of women communication professionals whose aim was to promote a better presence of women and the gender perspective in the media.
The organisation works on communication in different areas: local, cooperation, NGOs, associations, companies and women's entrepreneurship. They promote the use of digital technologies, women's networks, associations, culture and shows with a gender perspective.
They are also members of the International Network of Women Journalists and Communicators in Catalonia (XIDPIC-Cat) and the International Network of Journalists with a Gender Perspective (RIPVG), as well as being part of the Barcelona Municipal Council of Women.
