Som Fundació is a non-profit organization that takes care of the quality of life of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Catalonia and supports them in making decisions. The mission of Som Fundació is to work so that people with intellectual or developmental disabilities have the necessary support to be able to move forward with their life project.
