Uses of Time

On October 25, 2019, the meeting of the Motor Group of companies of the NUST Network took place in the MediaTIC building of Barcelona Activa. During the session, the second edition of the Mentoring Program in Time Organization was presented, with extensive assistance and participation.

In the course of the presentation, the trajectory and involvement of the companies of the NUST Network were valued to move towards a healthier organization that is equal and efficient in the framework of the Barcelona Pact of Time.

The Mentoring program was highlighted as a key element to improve and continue advancing in the implementation of work time organization measures. The first edition of the program, which took place during 2018-2019, had the experience of NUST Network companies as mentors and that allowed mentor companies to think and rethink their time, conciliation and co-responsibility measures.

After the success of the first edition to continue working in this line, so a new edition of the Mentoring program has been launched. This second edition includes, as mentors: Aigües de Barcelona, ​​TBS, Softmachine, Hospital Plató, Joya Foundation and Mutual Union, MCSS n. 267

As for the new mentoree companies, these are: Official College of Psychology of Catalonia, Germina Foundation, Casal for social action in neighborhoods, Abacus and AQU.

As previously stated, the role of organizations in conciliation and time is fundamental. In relation to this, the Technical Secretariat of the NUST Network presented the document How to prepare a plan that promotes a healthier, more equal and efficient organization of time in the company. The document was announced in the framework of this meeting, taking advantage of the presence of the companies of the Motor Group of the NUST Network and the companies participating in the Mentoring Program.

The compilation of good practices contained in the document is largely inspired by the measures that these companies and entities apply to their jobs. It is for this reason that the occasion was taken to show the document in the first place, unless the official presentation of the document will be made later.
