Uses of Time

On 20 October 2016 took place the round table "Reconciliation and Equality" co-organized by Social Engineering and XENUST (Network Business New Social Uses of Time) of the City of Barcelona.

In the framework of the 7th Week of CSR in Catalonia, promoted by Social Engineering, presented the roundtable entitled "Equality and Reconciliation" and co-organized with XENUST (Network Business New Social Uses of Time) City Council Barcelona presented the cases back-inspiring in equal measures and reconciliation, implementation of management systems and the application framework of equality law.

All speakers highlighted the importance of the reconciliation of personal, labor and social welfare for most of the working population and the importance of the involvement of all stakeholders in achieving a more equal society for men and women and more attentive to the needs of care, different uses of time and greater margins of freedom manif-ta set of workers. And, with the implementation of relevant measures, promotes a better working environment, greater involvement labor and less absenteeism, better achievement of objectives and targets, among other benefits for the organization.
