Ambassadors of the NUST Network explain their experience on smart working agents
The ambassadors of the NUST Network, Anna Villar, Director of Human Resources of Henkel, and Evaristo Guitérrez, CEO of Ingecal, participated in the presentation of the 'Erasmus+ Project: Smart Working and Open Learning', which took place last October 3 at Barcelona Activa.
They explained their satisfactory experience as companies that have smart work agents in their respective business structures (large scale in the case of Henkel and small scale in the case of Ingecal).
The smart working agent is a new job profile that is expected to have a great projection in the coming years. This is the person in charge, within an organization, of promoting the adoption or dissemination of good practices of flexible work. Therefore, it can be anyone with responsibility, including managerial profiles, as well as professionals in the field of human resources and related.
Within the framework of the European project 'WorkingSmart Erasmus+', a detailed description of this figure has been developed and also a training itinerary so that any professional with managerial responsibilities or in the field of human resources can assume this role. The training on the smart working agent is a free MOOC that will soon be offered by the UOC.
A professional figure who is already in some of the companies in the NUST Network, with a recognized track record of successfully incorporating new ways of working.
