Conference: "How to guarantee digital disconnection in our companies?"

The reflection and exchange session organized by Barcelona City Council focuses on the issue of digital disconnection, inspired by a document presented by the Labour Relations Council of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Councillor Raquel Gil will introduce the session and give a brief introduction to the topic, setting the stage for the exchange of ideas. A number of best practices from companies in the NUST Network will be presented, providing concrete examples of how to address the digital disconnect from a business perspective.

In addition, a round table with unions and company associations will take place, allowing a broad and diverse discussion on the role of collective bargaining in the digital disconnection. The session will end with the presentation of a practical guide on the implementation of digital disconnection strategies in companies.
