The Motor Group meets to take stock
On July 12, the NUST Network Motor Group met virtually to hold a meeting to present the new Technical Secretary of the Network, to take stock of the work carried out during the 2020-2021 academic year and to agree on the guidelines for the 2021-2022 Work Plan.
One of the first conclusions of the meeting was the evident impact that Covid-19 had on the scheduling of activities, although the work done was positively valued. It was highlighted the Conference "New challenges of a virtual and face-to-face work model", during which the 9th edition of the Barcelona Award for Innovative Companies in Organization and Uses of Time was held; workshops, meetings and conferences of the NUST Network; the second edition of the mentoring program; and the participation of the Network in the spaces of the Citizen Agreement for an Inclusive Barcelona.
In reference to the orientations for the Work Plan 2021-2022, the two proposals that characterize it will be the reflection on the 15 years of the NUST Network and the IATUR Congress. It was also invited to reflect on how the Network can adapt to the current context of the pandemic and the future challenges that may arise from this situation and it was proposed to prepare a questionnaire for the members of the Network and several in-depth interviews to open this reflection and analyze the main documents produced for the Network during these 15 years.
The intention is to present the results of this study in a public event during the Time Use Week, to be held in Barcelona between October 25 and 29. Finally, the milestones of the organization process of the 10th edition of the Award, the 3rd edition of the mentoring program and the participation in the Time Use Week were presented, and the IATUR conference cycle was explained.
