Training Pill on AI and Productivity: From Theory to Action

The Time Agremeent and the NUST Business Network are promoting a new training pill: "Artificial Intelligence and Productivity: From Theory to Action," aimed at organizations interested in applying AI to their daily work in a practical, safe, and effective way. This training follows on from the session "AI and Business Productivity. Transforming the Future of Business" and responds to the requests collected from participants. Now, the focus is on putting theory into action, with concrete examples and accessible tools that allow for optimizing common tasks and making a qualitative leap in the use of time and resources.

Date: May 29
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Format: Online

Registration is required through this form.

The session will be led by Roger Galdón, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Soolvers and Interficie Internet Services.

Program:

1. Landing and inspiring success story:

  • A brief review of the contents of the first session on AI ("AI and business productivity. Transforming the future of business") and an explanation of a success story in which the application of AI has contributed to improving the organization's time management and productivity.

2. Case Study 1: AI Applied to Human Resources:

  • Demonstration of AI tools to optimize selection, onboarding, and talent tracking processes in organizations.

3. Case Study 2: AI for Daily Productivity:

  • Automating repetitive tasks (e.g., form management, notifications, CRM, etc.) using no-code tools like Zapier or Make.

4. Case Study 3: Creating a Personal Assistant with GPT:

  • How to create GPTs for everyday use. Personal assistants that improve personal productivity.

5. Current challenges and opportunities of AI:

  • Reflection on the advantages, limitations, and responsible use scenarios. Explanation of false myths and emerging AI trends.

6. Legal and ethical aspects of AI:

  • Best practices for data protection, intellectual property, and security when incorporating AI into the organization.

7. 30-60-90 Action Card and Commitment:

  • Proposal for creating a three-month personal plan to implement AI in daily life and defining an individual commitment to digital transformation.

8. Open Q&A session and closing session:

  • Questions answered, and practical resources provided to continue deepening your understanding of the use of AI.

This is the second training pill about AI and productivity that we've organized this year. If you missed the previous training pill, "AI and Business Productivity: Transforming the Future of Business," which took a more theoretical approach, you can catch up on the recording at the following link.
