Working session: "The implementation of teleworking in companies: regulatory framework"
Last May 31, the NUST Network organized the work session: "The implementation of teleworking in companies: regulatory framework", led by Juan Antonio Ramos, lawyer and currently operational director of organizational transformation projects at Barcelona Activa.
It was a space for exchange and contrast on the challenges posed to us, from a legal point of view, by the implementation of telework measures in organizations. The session addressed the open questions about regular, non-regular and conciliation remote work. Therefore, Law 10/2021 and the possibility that this law gives to open spaces for voluntary collective bargaining on teleworking were also explored. The session demonstrated the importance of incorporating a legal framework as a key element of the company's remote work strategy.
The evaluations were very positive, noting as positive aspects the clarity in the presentation of such a complex subject and that the information provided is relevant, interesting and of high quality.
