Uses of Time

Modality:

Qa) Promote actions for the reconciliation of family, work, personal and social time to organisations (city level). 

Requirements: 

• The purpose of the projects submitted must be linked to the objectives of the Time Pact: a city commitment for a healthier, more egalitarian and efficient organisation of time. 
• Actions must be aimed at developing measures or work-life balance plans for organisations to promote, among other aspects, co-responsibility and new ways of organising time, with the aim of benefiting both workers and the functioning of organisations. 
• Initiatives should focus on disseminating within organisations the benefits of work-life balance for workers in terms of family, work, personal and social time. 

Qb) Actions and services to raise awareness of the fact that the uses of time are a key factor for people's daily well-being (city level). 

Requirements:

• The purpose of the projects submitted must be linked to the objectives of the Time Pact: city commitment to a healthier, more egalitarian and efficient organisation of time. 
• The initiatives must focus on promoting strategic cities in terms of information, training, awareness-raising and reflection in order to favour the reconciliation of different life times. 
• Proposals/projects for the city should encourage or enable social and community responsibility and participation in order to defend the right to enjoy a better organisation of time.
